Sanith Adhayanasakul is the Vice Chairman of Grande Asset Hotels & Property PCL and Chief Executive Officer of Property Perfect PCL, two of Thailand’s most prestigious hotel owner-operators and high-end residential real estate developers, with properties including the Royal Orchid Sheraton, Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit and the Westin Grand Sukhumvit. Under his leadership, Grande Asset and Property Perfect have set the highest marks in the Thai and Japanese luxury hospitality sector, with operations throughout Thailand, as well as owing and operating the highly popular Kiroro Ski Resort in Hokaido, Japan. Property Perfect has also expanded its activities in the residential market with award winning projects across all market sectors, especially in the Eastern suburbs of Bangkok as well as new developments in Rayong in the EEC.
Npairoj Piempongsant is a leading Thai businessman with over 40-years of diverse project experience & international connections related to his world-wide activities in real estate development, privatized infrastructure, conventional and renewable energy, sports rights management and international product branding & promotions. Born and raised in Ban Chang, the newly designated Smart City within the Thai Government’s $40 Billion Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), Npairoj has made the decision to focus most of his attention to the economic development of the Eastern Region, and to bring new and wide-spread opportunities associated with the EEC especially for the benefit of the local community, Thailand as a whole, as well as for future generations of Thai and international digital innovators and investors attracted to the region.

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
Ambassador Dr. Sakthip Krairiksh is a Director & Co-Chairman of Silicon Tech Park Co., Ltd.
Dr. Sakthip is a highly regarded Thai business leader and public servant with a career spanning over 45 years of continuous service to Thailand, initially as a distinguished diplomat, but later as a highly effective director & advisor to some of the country’s leading companies. Ambassador Sakthip joined the Ministry of Interior before moving to the Office of National Security Council, Prime Minister’s Office from 1976 to1978. In 1979, he embarked upon his diplomatic career with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs when he served as the Secretary to the Minister, and then went on to a distinguished career culminating with his appointment as the Ambassador of Thailand to the United States from December 2001 until 2004. In the subsequent years, Dr. Sakthip served on numerous boards of Thai companies, universities and charitable organizations; and during this time, he also served as a Member of the National Legislative Assembly of Thailand from 2014 until 2019. Ambassador Sakthip received his education in Thailand and in the United States. After completing high school in California, he went to Boston University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1971. In Thailand, Ambassador Sakthip attended the National Defence College in 1989. He was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree by Soka University in Japan in 2001.
Taweesuk (Jack) Srisumrid is the Managing Director of Silicon Tech Park Co., Ltd.
Jack brings over 20 years of diverse working experience in financial advisory, investments, and strategic consulting. He has considerable expertise in mergers & acquisitions, financial & valuation analysis, strategic reviews, and deal structuring & negotiations. His work has contributed to successful transactions for the Empire Asia Group and its clients, including financial advisory for the main shareholders of PT Bumi Resources Tbk. of Indonesia that led to their $3 Billion reverse takeover transaction in 2011 that created Bumi PLC, the first major Indonesian business to be listed on the LSE. Jack also led the successful takeover of Manchester City Football Club Plc. in July 2007 from the London AIM public equity market for an enterprise value of about US$150 million, and then the subsequent successful exit and sale of the business in September 2008 to H.H. Sheikh Mansoor’s Abu Dhabi United Group. Prior to joining the Empire Asia, Jack was a Director at UBS Warburg in the M & A group in New York, an Investment Banking Associate with Morgan Stanley in Thailand, and an analyst with Andersen Consulting’s Strategic Services group in New York. Jack received his BA in Economics from Yale University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Dr. Sunjutha Witchawut is an Executive Director of Silicon Tech Park Co., Ltd.
Dr. Sunjutha is a dynamic Thai businesswoman with exceptional experience and well-known reputation in the creation, construction, promotion and management of innovative residential and commercial real estate projects, with particular focus on the health and wellbeing of her clients, as well as society. A market-savvy entrepreneur and founder of several successful real estate projects on her own account, Dr. Sunjitha has also teamed up with many of the leading Thai real estate developers to provide her expertise and financial resources in property management, marketing and sales that has given rise to being invited become a member of the Board of Directors and frequently Executive Chairman of these companies that she has always served with distinction and untiring professionalism. In addition to real estate development, Dr. Sunjutha has also held important management and directorship positions in the fields of banking & finance, aviation, international trade & investment and public administration in higher education, especially in the areas of natural resources and the environment. Dr. Sunjutha is also very active in several Thai and Overseas associations, foundations and bi-lateral organizations especially throughout ASEAN. Dr. Sunjutha earned her BS degree from Prince of Songkla University in Hat Yay in 1983, her MA in Economics from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in Bangkok in 1989 and her Ph.D. in Public Administration from Bangkok Thonburi University in Thonburi in 2019.
